ChangeFest 23 was a national movement focused on place-based change. It served as a platform for sharing and learning among community leaders, policymakers, funders, and service providers, with the goal of fostering community-led, place-based change. The event featured various sessions, workshops, and learning circles, including a focus on collaboration and building connections within the movement.
