Justice Reinvestment shifts money from prisons to communityled solutions. It reduces contact with police, courts and prisons. It is datainformed and codesigned with Aboriginal communities and government.
Persistent challenges addressed by Justice Reinvestment include: Aboriginal over-imprisonment; youth offending; family violence; school exclusion; and weak pre- or post-release support.
