Anna Hueneke is a poet, and a visual artist, with an abiding sense of art as a form of sacred practice, in its creation and performance.  She is currently working on a collection of spoken and sung poems – Songs of Fire – in response to the texts and Jewish chants of the ancient Hebrew Psalms, for her Doctor of Arts at the University of Sydney.
